We have a 30-day policy for defective or incorrect items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to report an issue.

Custom Printed Items — Final Sale Because all of our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selected, or change of mind. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right. Contact us at create@printsbybeco.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Eligible Issues for Reprint or Refund:

  • Print defects or errors
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged in transit

How to Start a Claim Contact us at create@printsbybeco.com with your order number and photos. If approved, we will offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
